I’m Eryn Jess, the Founder, Designer & Stylist

behind Flourish Ever After!

I’m also a newfound optimist, dedicated to helping you love where you’re at; which I believe is so much more than simply pretty things. Over 10 years ago I fell in love with Savannah, GA and all it had to offer. I was a small town girl from Oklahoma, chasing her dream of attending Savannah College of Art & Design, and parts of it were simply magical! There were two things I discovered while I was there that really stood out to me; things I would daydream about doing for a living one day.

The first thing I fell in love with was the quaint yet chic boutiques. There was old world charm combined with unique artistic pieces & they drew me in, inviting me to wander, each telling their own story, a story I found myself wanting to be a part of.

I also discovered surface pattern design. Something I had always been drawn to, but I never thought about there being an actual person behind those beautiful designs who got paid to create them!

(*Side note: I also met the love of my life during this time who I eventually married and we have 2 amazing kids together!)

I’ve always been fascinated by how home decor & surface design can create a feeling within us. How certain homes can feel welcoming and make you want to smile, while other homes find you making excuses to head out the door!

So, I guess it’s no surprise that the little girl who spent hours making houses out of paper & popsicle sticks, decorating the whole thing with her crayons, would grow up to be a designer one day! Even if that path would be varied.

My mission is to help people love where they’re at, and it’s so much more than simply pretty things. It’s about how to feel good living, every step  of the way. From the way we design our homes, to the way we choose to focus our attention, each can change the way we feel. We can love exactly where we’re at in life, while staying inspired to be more.

Thank you for being here and for being a part of my journey. I invite you to check out my blog to get inspired, and to subscribe to my list so you can stay inspired on your journey!
