An artist, explorer, and a wannabe joymaster! I’m on a mission to live vibrantly and explore ways to connect with more joy.
As a woman who overcame depression, I’m dedicated to not only learning to do this life thing better myself, but to also sharing my experience in hopes of helping you along the way.
It’s truly a beautiful & empowering process to rise up & learn to love the life you have, while still aiming for more. To understand that you’re in the driver seat and the creator behind all those emotions, you were just never taught how to steer. But we’re all in this together… growing, learning and becoming the person who we most want to be, living the life we want to be living. I believe that when we shine it touches everyone else around us and can inspire change in the world.
When you change your thoughts, it could change everything.
But here’s the deal, I’m not a therapist, a psychology expert, a scientist or anything else that one might view as “qualified” to give this kind of advice. I didn’t learn it in any class or school, it’s just what has worked for me.
I want to enjoy this amazing gift of life that I’ve been given and to live it beautiFULLY – and that started with digging deep, to understand my beliefs, to accept and let go of what’s not serving me, and to find a way to love myself exactly where I am.
I’m Eryn J. Carlisle, a proud work-from-home momma with two kids and the extra weight to show it. I’m married to a hunky army man, and my favorite kind of adventures these days are the one’s from my kid’s imaginations. I’m an info junkie who’s addicted to learning, and I create art like my life depends on it. I have a serious problem with changing my hair ALL.THE.TIME. and Dt. Mt. Dew is my guilty pleasure that I just can’t seem to kick quite yet. I also, may secretly be the queen at creating tongue twisters!
While I’m super excited & passionate about everything I’m working on, the fact of the matter is that I have to be patient in doing so. As I’m writing this my family and I are preparing for a HUGE move to Belgium! We’re heading out within the next two months, so my commitment to my work is to dedicate at least 1 hour every morning before the kids get up. This keeps me moving forward, even if it’s at a snails pace!
So I’ll end today with this reminder.
Keep going, keep learning, and you’ll be amazed at what you’re capable of.
Let’s do this life thing better, shall we?
With SO much love & encouragement,
