RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Flourish Ever After we stand behind each shop we collaborate with for our handmade products, and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the products you receive. Attention to design materials, safety and construction is our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage, and we will arrange for a replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please allow us the opportunity to resolve any concerns you may have before leaving any feedback. If you purchase an item from one of our affiliates then you will complete your return/exchange through them. However, we would still appreciate being informed of any issues so we can evaluate if that product should be removed from our site. We want each Flourish Ever After customer to be happy and LOVE their items!
We will accept returns and exchanges of items if:
- Items are returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided (see below)
- Items are returned in good condition — Unused and unwashed.
If you discover an item has a defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, the item can be exchanged only for the same item. A valid photo ID is required.
We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired. Please note for exchanges, it could take up to 6 weeks to restock an item. Personalized and custom items are not returnable or eligible for exchanges.
Proof of Purchase for Eligible Items
Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase.
- Original Email Receipt
- Original Packing Slip
- Order Number
Parcel Returns and Exchanges*
To return (or exchange) your purchase, please email us at email@example.com letting us know why you’ve decided to return or exchange your item, and the shop that fulfilled the order. Once we respond with where to ship your item, securely package your return, and send it back to us by purchasing shipping via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice.
Within 90 days, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the original purchase price once the item(s) are received and processed. Your original shipping fee is not refundable.
Exchanges will be issued for the original purchase price. Your exchanged item(s) will ship for free.
Exceptions to the Parcel Returns policy are personalized and custom items which are not returnable or eligible for exchanges. (Sorry, nothing personal.)*Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on international orders.
